Job Scope:
Logistics Assistant / Forklift Driver
- Loading/unloading of goods
- Shifting of goods via forklift
- Update of WMS record for inventory tracking
- Support to process inbound/outbound orders
Logistics Coordinator
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, perform regular stock checks, and maintain updated records of inventory levels.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist in organizing warehouse layout and optimize space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activity, such as inventory levels and order statuses.
- Resolve issues related to shipment discrepancies, damaged products, and delayed deliveries.
Job Requirement:
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
- Good to have Forklift / Class 3 Driving License
