- 5.5 days (May work during weekend or midnight hours depend on events)
- Monthly gross salary up to $5k
- Office: North area (Workplace depend on events)
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, marketing, and operations) to ensure the successful execution of events and exhibitions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Oversee budgeting and invoicing for projects, ensuring clear communication with clients on financial matters.
- Develop and manage production timelines, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate the design and setup of exhibition booths and event spaces, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Lead a team of production staff and contractors, providing direction and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement solutions swiftly.
Requirement:
- Familiar with events operation, setup & manpower utilization
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
