1. Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
2. Oversee sales and operations across the entire Singapore market. Develop and execute effective key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for product portfolio.
3. Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
4. Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility in the supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retails and tourist outlet chains.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and manage promotional campaigns, manage A&P budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
6. Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
7. Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to head of sales.
8. Any tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Atleast 5 year of relevant working experience with track record success in sales/ key account management, preferably in the FMCG / Pharma channel
- Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, travel retail, supermarkets, convenience stores.
- Immediate starter is a plus
