Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1,400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
- Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
- Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
- Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
- Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
- Prepare and send out electronic payslips
- Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
- Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
- Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters
Requirements:
- There will be 2 pay runs every month (28th and 7th of the following month); 90% captured in system, 10% manual calculation, e. g. resigned, adhoc payment
- Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
