Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin and logistics support to Admin Team during the digitization exercise, which includes packing and moving of cartons of files and documents between registry and vendor’s production room.
- Conduct quality checks of scanned images.
- Assist Admin Team in organising the registry office and storeroom during the digitization exercise.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Assistant Director (Corporate Development).
Job Requirements:
- Singapore citizen
- Diploma in any discipline
- Able to carry cartons / boxes of files and documents
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous and attention to details
- Able to commit for the full 3 months (Oct 2024 to Jan 2025)
