Our client, a China Company, is currently seeking a an Accountant to join their esteemed team.
Location : 5 min walking distance from Raffles Place
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Salary : Up to $4000
Job Scope
- Conduct a monthly review of management financial statements, including those from the China subsidiaries.
- Perform month-end closing activities, which involve financial analysis, reconciliations, and other related tasks.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Head Office, summarizing the company's financial performance.
- Manage and plan cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and meet its financial obligations.
- Handle daily transactions, including raising invoices, processing payments, and managing debit and credit notes.
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and file quarterly GST returns as required by tax regulations.
- Manage the submission of withholding taxes for relevant transactions, adhering to tax laws.
- Maintain communication with the Tax agent to address and resolve various tax matters related to the company.
Requirement
- Seeking a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent) with 2- 3 years of experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Self-motivated, capable of independent and collaborative work.
