Job Description:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules and resources to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and main con to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Job Requirement:
- Degree or Master's degree in related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiar with Singapore and International construction specifications and standards
- With minimum 3years experience in construction preferably in LTA projects
- 5.5 days work week.
