Position: SME Lending Relationship Manager
Are you passionate about helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) achieve their financial goals? We are looking for a dedicated SME Lending Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with our SME clients, understand their unique financing needs, and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with SME clients, becoming their primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Opportunity Identification: Actively source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME sector through prospecting and lead generation.
- Credit Assessment: Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses for loan applicants, evaluating their financial stability and repayment capacity.
- Loan Structuring: Structure and negotiate loan terms in line with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of SME loan accounts, monitoring performance, repayment behavior, and adherence to loan agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 year experience in commercial or business banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.
- Fluency in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- A proven track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.
