Are you a dynamic sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and nurture a portfolio of enterprise-level clients while driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to assigned customers, proactively managing relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts while seeking to expand the client base through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Software Expertise: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of Monday.com to connect with clients and help them implement solutions that enhance their internal processes.
- Consultative Approach: Collaborate with customers to design and execute internal promotion programs, driving awareness and increasing usage of the Monday.com software.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in account management or consulting within a B2B environment.
- Experience in SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
