Key Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized wealth planning and financial solutions to retail banking clients, focusing on bancassurance and investment fund products.
- Utilize the bank’s wide range of offerings, from life insurance and investment-linked policies to retirement and savings plans.
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch and leverage the bank’s internal databases to expand your customer base.
- Provide in-depth consultations to assess client needs and goals, delivering the right solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Utilize the bank’s advanced digital tools and business support teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and internal compliance standards.
What You Can Expect:
- Base Salary: $3,300 - $5,000 (based on experience) + $300 fixed monthly allowance + quarterly commissions, all tied to your individual sales performance.

- Comprehensive Training: Start with a 3-week classroom training, followed by 8-9 weeks of hands-on competency training to set you up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized local institution (in accordance with MAS requirements).
- Willingness to complete core CMFAS papers before starting—guidance and reimbursement will be provided.
- Motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a passion for financial planning and wealth management.
- Commitment to a 5.5-day workweek, with flexibility to meet clients outside of traditional hours.
