Are you an accomplished sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the acquisition of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new HNW clients, bringing them into the bank’s fold through targeted acquisition strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as property agents, brokers, and external sales agents, to enhance referral networks for HNW sign-ups.
- Engage affluent clients through internal marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, and events like roadshows and networking sessions to drive HNW client growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings, delivering regular market updates to target customers and differentiating our products from competitors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or client acquisition, preferably in banking sales or a similar field.
- Relevant experience in both B2B and B2C sales/acquisition with a history of exceeding targets.
- Candidates with experience in Lifestyle HNW Card Relationship Management or Wealth Management (banking) are strongly encouraged to apply.
