Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients for training courses, including corporate clients and individual learners.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate training solutions.
- Close deals with prospective clients by delivering persuasive product demonstrations and presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the training industry and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding client needs and market demands.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business by providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 1 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the education or training sector.
