Responsibilities:
- Global HR System Maintenance and Support
- Manage our external support vendor and ensure daily operations of HR (Workday) and Payroll/Time systems across the globe
- Be the overall Administrator and owner of our HR ticketing system on ServiceNow.
- Lead and support critical annual cycles in Workday by partnering with Global Compensation and Talent team
- Oversee the integration of various HR systems (e.g., Payroll, Time, AD etc.) with Workday to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to streamline workflows
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Managing/Consulting Cloud based HR Systems.
- Proficiency in the following Workday HCM modules
