This candidate will assist the Director to market the food courts’ and canteens’ food stalls. He/she is to strengthen our company’s position and be an important piece during this expansion period.

Responsibilities
- Propose appropriate food mixes for current and new establishments
- Analyze market trend to apply to current establishments
- Source and secure for new tenants for food stalls
- Handling over and taking over of food stalls
- Educate and liaise with food stall holders on company’s directives and policy
- Achieve KPI within a reasonable time frame.
- Execute overall A&P activities with tenants
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with food stall tenant contacts preferred
- Resourceful and is a problem solver
