Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments assigned to him or her, with the objective of establishing friendly and business relationships.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal
- Assist the Customer Service Executive in preparing sales orders and collaborate closely on sales and proper documentation.
- Preparing sales reports regularly for presentation to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to maintain the customer database with inputs like name, designation, company, address, phone and facsimile numbers, and email addresses, among others.
- Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy
- Facilitate market research by collecting information about customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, prices, market trends, and influence groups and stakeholders in diverse segments, as well as service offerings and substitutes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in marketing or equivalent
- Experience in Outdoor Sales, Chemical Industry Preffered
- Possess own vehicle
- Excellent sales track records
- Team oriented and dynamic
