Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Department Manager in daily operations related to building materials scheduling and delivery.
- Provide daily delivery schedules, purchasing plans, and monthly inventory controls.
- Troubleshoot any delivery issues that arise and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Perform administrative support and coordination tasks, including raising purchase requisitions for inventoried items.
- Assist in organizing mandatory training courses for staff.
- Maintain accurate records and manage ISO documentation for the department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
