Responsibilities:
- Achieve departmental and personal revenue and profit targets proactively.
- To support the HR and Administration Department with all of its administrative and HR needs
- Organize hiring and training procedures.
- Manage the monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure that the HR system and employees' personal files contain accurate records.
- Manage applications for and renewals of foreign work permits
- Verify and handle insurance and medical claims, as well as claims for work injury compensation.
- Participate in multiple HR-related surveys and the MOM market survey. Prepare and submit claims related to the government. Prepare HR correspondence, such as employment contracts, confirmations, bonuses, and yearly raises. Execute additional HR/Admin responsibilities as delegated by your direct supervisor (Manager, Admin./HR).
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR functions (Full Spectrum of HR Scope)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
