Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute a variety of events, such as conferences, seminars, product launches, corporate meetings, and social events
- Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and logistical requirements
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and entertainment providers
- Monitor expenses, manage invoices, and reconcile post-event financials to stay within the allocated budget
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and other media
- Manage on-site event operations, including registration, catering, technical setups, and attendee management
- Coordinate and brief event staff, volunteers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the planning and execution phases
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems on the spot
