JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide general administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of corporate executives
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, coordinating catering, and managing logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
- Compile and analyze data for corporate reports and presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
