Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Conduct data entry and order processing.
- Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing.
- Notify customers of any discrepancies via email.
- Organize and file all incoming documents.
- Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes.
- Assist the supervisor with the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
- Other additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehousing-related experience
- Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
