Mosaic Preschool is looking for Centre Administrator to join our growing brand!
Job Scope:
- Manage key administrative functions such as enrolment management, procurement
- Assist with customer management
- Liaise with principals regarding operational matters
- Input data into ECDA's CMS system / School app
- Manage data from multiple centres
- May include other duties assigned by Reporting Officer (RO)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘O’ level with one year of administrative experience (preferably in the Early Childhood field)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preschool Teacher/Principal who wish to explore this position is also welcome!
- Candidate with Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience is also welcome
