As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a visionary Regional Store Design & Planning Project Manager to bring our brand's essence to life in every boutique across the region.


Your Role:


As the Regional Store Design & Planning Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by overseeing the design and development of luxury boutiques and retail spaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end design and construction of new stores, refurbishments, and renovations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines.
  • Store Design & Layout: Collaborate with internal teams and external architects/designers to develop innovative and luxurious store layouts that reflect the brand’s DNA while maximizing space efficiency and customer flow.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or design integrity.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Oversee contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all store designs meet local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with retail, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the store design aligns with business objectives and enhances customer engagement.
  • Regional Focus: Manage multiple projects across various locations within the region, adapting designs to suit different markets while maintaining global consistency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed project timelines, status reports, and post-completion reviews to provide transparency and ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail store design and project management, preferably in luxury retail or high-end consumer goods.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in leading large-scale design projects, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Design Expertise: A strong understanding of luxury retail design, spatial planning, and an eye for detail that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MSProject, or other design software, along with knowledge of construction standards and building codes.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage projects across different countries and cultures.
  • Education: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
