We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the financial strategy of our renowned luxury brand.
Your Role:
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager, you will be a key player in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making. You will:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support business performance and growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Strategic Insight: Analyze market trends, sales performance, and expenses to offer strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the financial goals align with the company’s objectives.
- Monthly Reporting: Sales and Inventory Reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure accurate financial planning and data alignment.
- Support Decision-Making: Provide financial models and scenario analyses to assist in important business decisions.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, compliance, forecasting, internal control or a related field, preferably within luxury, retail, or consumer goods.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data with an attention to detail.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with financial modeling and reporting tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
