Job Scope
- Properly store and dispose of food.
- Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations.
- Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff team members.
- Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe, garnishing and plating of dishes.
- Aid team in preparing dishes to recipe.
- Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen.
- Knowledge of scheduling and food inventory.
Requirement
- GCE N Level and above
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences in similar role
