Main Responsibilities:
I. Monitor the financial performance and maintain full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries and related companies
II. Responsible for management reporting, consolidation of group accounts, financial analysis and planning
III. Ensure compliance of group's financial and operating policies, including liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for statutory compliance
IV. Review & improve on internal controls and work processes
V. Controlling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and inventory management
VI. Government grants administration, ensuring timely submission of claims and subsequent reimbursements from government authorities
VII. Sales administration including invoicing, sending notifications for renewal and monthly statement of accounts, maintaining proper sales documentation, follow-up on outstanding debts and attending to clients’ enquiries
VIII. Payables including verifying timely recording of vendors’ invoices and payments
IX. Payroll administration, including preparation of employment contracts and submission of mandatory contributions to relevant government agencies
X. Attending to employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
XI. Work pass administration for foreign employees
XII. Compilation of data for submission of statistics and surveys
XIII. Creating, reviewing and updating of HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
I. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
II. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
III. Independent, reliable, meticulous and analytical
IV. Good interpersonal & communication skills
V. Proficiency in MS Office applications
VI. Experience in HR management software and organizational wide ERP software would be a plus
