What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and distribution strategy for our luxury timepieces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels across our retail network, manage timely deliveries, and utilize market stock effectively to maximize revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with boutique managers, wholesale partners, and HQ to plan product allocations and meet both quantitative and qualitative sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing guidance and support to ensure business growth and alignment with the brand’s values.
- Market Insights: Regularly analyze market trends, sales data, and distribution performance, providing detailed reports to senior management.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, and assist in the preparation of budgets and performance estimates.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee logistics, warehouse efficiency, and ensure corporate compliance across all operations.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to generate insightful reports and analyses.
- Leadership & Drive: A self-motivated leader with a passion for luxury timepieces, ready to drive sales success and support the continuous profitability of the business.
