Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers at the service center.
- Provide IT hardware services and support (e.g., PCs, laptops, etc.).
- Update customers on the status of their service requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of parts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.
- Manage, resolve, and track assigned tasks through the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Participate in training for new products.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in Electronics or related field.
- Basic computer hardware knowledge.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
