Job Responsibilities:
- Manage potential issues and opportunities through regular communication with users and process owners.
- Analyze and assess security risks related to systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Perform updates and maintenance on security, software, and system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide first-line support to business units.
- Address change requests and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the global support team to identify and implement improvements.
- Deliver ongoing support and enhancements.
- Take ownership of solution delivery, including the necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP) and Automation process
- Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and managing windows server/linux environment
- Able to work independently and good time management skill
- Deep business functional capabilities and expertise, a collaborative team member
- IT related experience such as RPA will be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to details
- Solution and Technical leadership
- Able to develop team’s skill, collaborate, focus and motivate others
- Minimum two years’ work experience as IT System Engineer
