You will perform key administrative, secretarial and coordination functions for the Group Chairman Medical Board’s Office. You will assist the manager(s) in their daily operations and administrative support for the Office. In addition, you will work closely with peers, staff from external departments and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate work processes integration, coordination of meetings, planning and organising events or outreach activities.
You will provide secretarial support to the SingHealth Medical Board and cluster-level committees. You will assist in general administrative support to the SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres (SDDCs), such as the coordination of work plans and combined meetings/retreats. You will also support Director (Medical Affairs) in the areas of Medical Manpower planning and non-residency matters relating to SingHealth Junior Doctors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Prior work experience in medical science, biomedical science or healthcare is advantageous
- Fast learner who is motivated and proactive
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Meticulous and highly organised
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
