Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Live Streaming & Event Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role combines business development and event planning for live streaming and events. The ideal candidate will need to be responsible for identifying potential clients, designing exclusive business packages, and managing partnerships with vendors and merchants. Occasional overseas travel will be required to manage events and build relationships internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including businesses, vendors, and merchants, for live streaming and roadshow events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and clients to secure partnerships for both local and international events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for live streaming services and roadshows, both domestically and overseas.
Business Package Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored and exclusive business packages for clients.
Create promotional materials and proposals that showcase the value of live streaming and event services. - Negotiate contract terms with merchants and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of live streaming and roadshow events, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, merchants, and production teams.
- Ensure all event details are executed in a timely and efficient manner, including managing international logistics and cross-border event coordination.
Overseas Travel & Event Support:
- Travel overseas to coordinate live streaming events and roadshows as required.
- Build relationships with international vendors and clients, expanding the company’s global reach.
- Ensure all international events run smoothly, adapting to local requirements and regulations.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports for clients and internal teams.
- Collect feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the quality of services.
- Identify areas for growth and propose new strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, event management, or a related field.
- Experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to accommodate our potential clients.
- Knowledge of live-streaming platforms for live events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with event planning and vendor coordination is a plus.
