The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet large-scale hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in mass hiring sectors (e.g., retail, F&B, manufacturing).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet client hiring demands efficiently and within deadlines.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of high-volume hiring projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of mass hiring processes and high-volume recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
