GUERLAIN & YOU LOYALTY PROGRAM
- Manage the loyalty rewards catalogue and prepare brief to agencies for artwork changes. Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timeline.
- Manage inventory of Loyalty Gifts and ensure availability of gifts at stores.
- Update all other G&Y collaterals in a timely manner.
- Submit monthly CRM report to internal stakeholders for review.
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
- Manage EDM calendar for tactical campaigns and new launches, including setting up of campaigns with minimal changes.
CLIENTELING/ TRADE
EVENTS
- Conceptualise and execute planned activations to ensure client satisfaction and positive event ROI. Provide on-the-ground support for all clienteling events.
- Work closely with internal team to source vendors, manage logistics, timeline and other details (eg. Transporation and F&B).
- Lead event briefings for internal team and ground staff, ensuring close communication with all stakeholders leading up to events.
- Lead monthly deployment of upcoming month’s events at all stores.
- Submit post-event reports to internal stakeholders for review.
TRADE
- Work closely with internal team to source vendors, manage logistics, timeline and other details (eg. Transporation and F&B) to create successful client events.
- Ensure all store collaterals and price lists are updated in a timely manner.
- Submit post-launch reports to internal stakeholders for review.
- Provide monthly updates on competitor landscape.
GENERAL MARKETING
- Provide day-to-day marketing and operational support for the Singapore Marketing Team.
