Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall food experience across all food spaces, driving a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
- Lead and mentor food service teams, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of operational initiatives, ensuring compliance with all safety and service guidelines.
- Monitor and manage financial responsibilities, ensuring that budget and financial projections are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
- Drive innovation and change, managing key projects to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the successful opening of new cafés and food spaces, contributing to the development of new food programs.
- Support team engagement and development, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within a cross-functional matrix environment, preferably in the food and services industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Asana preferred) and advanced computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
