- Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
- Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
- Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
- Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
- Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms.
- Analyse market conditions, review customer information
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in engineering / real estates / business
- Min 3 years of sales experience in facilities / real estate services / Vendor for facilities services
- Experience in getting sales (contract worth xxx value) from local market
- Willing to work on a basic + commission basis remuneration structure
