Job scope:
a) Sourcing Subcontractors:
- Identify project needs and define subcontractor requirements.
- Source potential subcontractors through industry networks and research.
- Evaluate subcontractor qualifications and capabilities.
b) Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and subcontractor agreements.
- prepare regular reports on recruitment status, subcontractor performance, and project progress.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel around Singapore
- Must be able to work on Saturays and Sundays
- Must be able to work 6 days week
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Must be bilingual (English & Chinese)
- At least two years working experience
