Job Description


Key Responsibilities


1. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content for company's website, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure consistency in the brand voice across all digital channels.

2. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.

3. Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness. Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and respond appropriately.

4. Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers. Analyze email performance and implement improvements.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on digital marketing performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

6. Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

7. Collaborations and Partnerships: Work with influencers and partners to amplify the company's digital presence. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendor


Key Skills:

1. Technical Skills: SEO & SEM: Know how to improve website visibility and manage paid search ads.

2. Analytics Tools: Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze digital performance.

3. Social Media Management: Handle social media platforms and plan effective campaigns.

4. Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo.

5. Content Management Systems: Experience with platforms like WordPress for website content.

6. Creative Skills: Content Creation: Write and produce engaging content for online platforms.

· Copywriting: Write persuasive and clear marketing messages.

· Basic Design: Understand basic graphic design principles and tools.

7. Analytical Skills:

· Data Analysis: Interpret data to understand and improve marketing results.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor how well campaigns are doing and find ways to improve.

8. Communication Skills:

· Verbal:Communicate ideas clearly with team members and partners.

· Written: Write clear and effective marketing content.
