Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the manager to build new Beauty care application capabilities to support regional and global needs.
- Develop new positioning for existing products, create new product application data, and refine processes.
- Identify and initiate major technology programs and innovations aligned with Ingredion’s business and strategic plans.
- Partner with the Business Team to co-create and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans by region for targeted countries, customers, and segments.
- Engage with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts to introduce new perspectives and ideas.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological advancements and integrate them into our product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices throughout development and implementation phases.
- Provide technical training to distributors.
- Proactively develop scientific materials for internal and external customers and respond to Beauty & Home science-related inquiries.
- Support regional prototype development and create marketing materials for trade shows and scientific organizations, building connections with research organizations.
- Collect market trends and competitor intelligence.
- Assist the manager in preparing presentations for key stakeholder meetings and customer visits.
- Attend Beauty & Home key project review meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the laboratory.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirement
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry or related science field majors.
• Has prior experience in technical service, application field and have a record of delivering results.
• Work experience in skin care, cosmetic or home care business companies or ingredient suppliers
• Experience in formulation development is an added advantage
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical advancements into business value and competitive advantage
• Good presentation skill including preparation of presentation materials.
