Senior Property Executive
(Listed MNC/ Real Estate Mgt, FSM, M&E maintenance, Hard Service, Bedok Aera, Mon to Fri office hours)
Requirements:
- Diploma in M&E engineering, having M&E Hard experience – stronger in ACMV
- Building services and estate management, and have managed tenants
- At least 5 years in managing commercial and industrial buildings, under developers.
- Willing to travel as site office is in Chai Chee
- Willing to take the course of FSM cert
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Team player
