Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead group and private swim lessons for children and adults at our facility.
- Create personalized swim lesson plans that align with students’ goals and abilities.
- Ensure classes are safe, engaging, and structured to deliver excellent swimming skills.
- Prep students for competitive swimming or tests based on their progress and capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and families, providing feedback and advice to support their development.

Requirements:
- Previous swim coaching experience is preferred but not essential – we provide full training.
- Enthusiastic about working with students of all ages and abilities.
- Comfortable in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Certifications in swimming instruction (NROC/AUSTSWIM/SSTA) are a plus but not mandatory.
