Responsibilities
- Engage the families on the importance of preschool, and advice on the various support schemes available;
- Locate vacancies at preschools that are affordable, accessible and meets family’s preschool needs;
- Accompany and assist parent for registration at the preschool and the application for financial assistance if required;
- Engage families to understand their needs and assist to address all barriers to child’s preschool enrolment;
- To support the family with Casework visits until the child is enrolled into preschool, which is confirmed by a preschool enrolment date.
Requirements:
- Qualifications (e.g. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood, Counselling, or other related disciplines)
