Ensure smooth operation of front of house.
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and assist restaurant manager in making decisions on matters of importance to customer service.
Implement operations for service excellence.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
Assisting Restaurant Manager in maintaining restaurant staffing needs, preparing schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
Comply and follow with company’s food and beverage procedures and hygiene guidelines.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
