About the Employer:
This company offers a challenging yet fun environment for children aged 4 to 12 to build motor skills and confidence through obstacle courses, climbing walls, and structured floor activities. With a variety of age-appropriate obstacles and custom-built equipment, the focus is on enhancing motor coordination and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead classes and coach part-time instructors
- Plan and manage weekend sessions, birthday parties, and events
- Ensure gym organization, scheduling, and lesson plan creation
- Maintain gym equipment
- Follow a structured curriculum
Work Schedule:
- Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekends: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
- Half-day Work: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (for half-day shifts)
- 5½-day Work Week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience in parkour, gymnastics, or similar fields
- Sports enthusiast with a love for teaching children
- Background in early childhood education is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and a 5½-day week
