Prepare sales quotation to customers
Attend to customer's requirements and enquiries via phone/email/fax
Process orders and print Sales invoice & Delivery Order via Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 / Microsoft Business Central 365
Posting of Sales order & Job sheet using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 / Microsoft Business Central 365
General administrative duties
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, any field.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
No experience diploma candidates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
Meticulous and very good with numbers
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer management skills;
Can work independently and pro-active
Positive working attitude, hardworking and willing to take up challenges
We are located at Gul Lane - 10mins walk from the upcoming Gul Circle MRT station
Only Singaporean needed to apply
Full-Time position.
Others:
5 days working week, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary negotiable with experience + transport allowance + mobile allowance
