Work Scope
- Delivering high quality lessons in the spirit of the vision for learning
- Managing 1 to 1 classes, small group classes (3-6 pax) and online classes
- Effectively planning and reviewing curricula topics and assignments and implementing assessment schedules.
- Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks
- Developing and distributing teaching materials to supplement classroom lessons, including study guides
- Conducting practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation
- Providing feedback on progress to students’ parents and teachers where appropriate

Requirements
- Experienced in teaching/tutoring primary or secondary school students in a private or group setting.
- Priority given to teachers/tutors with experience in teaching language.
- Able to impart skills and lead new teachers
- Able to control class and engage with students via virtual class and physical class.
- Good communication skills, able to manage students and teacher-parents relationships.
- Prefer candidates who are able to create teaching materials
- Able to provide basic consultations for the subject taught.
- Able to work on at least one of the weekends and rotate off-days during weekdays.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week.
- Able to work with a young group of passionate team
- Interested in the education industry and passionate about teaching
