Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Finance Executive to join us. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group’s Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, inter alia :-
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate timely and accurate full set of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures. Provide insights into the underlying causes of deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.
- Cash Management: Communicate with financial institutions and handle daily banking related business. Monitor cash flows and manage liquidity effectively.
- Tax Management: Prepare GST reconciliation and submission of GST returns
- Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and guidelines to minimize compliance risks.
You will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure finance processes are running efficiently, as well as manage various financial topics and provide ad-hoc support to the finance and new business teams.
Requirements
- LCCI Higher Accounting or Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA
- PC Literacy Skills – Microsoft office with strong Excel knowledge
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Qualified fresh graduates are welcome
- Possess initiative, strong planning, administrative organising capabilities and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and meticulous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team player

Remuneration
- Basic monthly salary: $2,600 to $3,300
- AWS and Variable Bonus
