Our esteemed client, a reputable company, is searching for an Operations Admin Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing technical advice.
- Work closely with internal teams, workshops, and contractors to coordinate vehicle service and repair.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, and manage job orders for services.
- Track and update service schedules, repairs, and vehicle collections with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and suggest solutions.
- Assist with own damage vehicle accident matters, including billing and coordinating repairs.
Job Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or workshop environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Additional Information:
- Salary: Basic Up to SGD 2,300 + OT + AWS +VB
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm/ Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
- Working Location: Tuas
