Position: Bank Operations and Compliance Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $3000
Job Description:
- Work with the Operations team to retrieve and maintain documents from systems.
- Ensure data is accurately updated and maintained.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather additional customer information when needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures during processing.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
- Support service improvement initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Banking/Finance/Accountancy or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance industry.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and macros.
