About the Job
We are looking for a smart, fun and energetic pereson looking to take the next step in their career in our global headquarters in Singapore! You’ll be challenged to push boundaries, make a significant difference and recommend bold actions to solve tough business problems globally. A big part of your day-to-day will involve hiring the right talent for our global expansion as well as coaching and consulting managers on how to build an unparalleled culture across all of our offices. You’ll also get creative and be hands-on in the areas of organisational design, talent development, workforce planning, succession planning, labour and employee relations, rewards, training, leadership development, and performance management.
Next to leading our current HR team, you will be a vital part of the executive team to represent, develop and lead the important ‘talent pillar’ of Coco & Eve globally.

Responsibilities
- Be the global HR lead for all people related matters
- Act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders and senior management
- Lead and manage current HR team
- Lead, plan and execute global hiring efforts. Ensure we attract and hire the right talent globally to fuel our growth
- Create and manage the global succession and retention strategy for the company
- Consistently manage a live talent pool
- Develop and manage the compensation and benefits structure aligned to industry standards in all our key markets
- Develop operational HR policies aligned to business needs
- Provide HR guidance and support to the offices across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management and employee relations
- Develop, manage and implement successful and consistent HR initiatives.
- Regularly complete a training needs analysis and develop an annual training schedule
- Manage employee engagement through our tool and recommend initiatives to management
- Assess the HR implications of business initiatives and provide advice to the management team
- Develop and implement people solutions to make teams more effective
- Work with leaders to create positive, fun and productive workplace
Your Profile
- 7+ years of progressive human resource experience
- Proven experience with performance management, succession planning, talent management, leadership coaching and consulting.
- Employment law experience in UK, USA and AU regions are essential.
- Solid business acumen.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities. Be self directed and motivated. Proven interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organisational level.
- Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results at all levels of the organisation. Experience in coaching, training, and developing employees in a high performance culture
- Highly adaptable, hands on, and personable across all levels within the organisation
- Experience in a beauty e-commerce preferred
- Previous global exposure and experience strongly preferred
