Job Description:
The Installer is responsible for providing professional installation and troubleshooting services for smart lock products at customer homes. This role requires a combination of technical skills, excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer homes to install digital smart lock products according to company standards and specifications. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to smart lock products. Provide clear and concise product training to customers, ensuring they understand the features and functionality of their new smart locks. Test lock functionality after installation to verify proper operation and customer satisfaction. Adhere to a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. Accurately document and report all installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Ensure that equipment and spares are properly maintained and replenished for daily operations. Maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
Qualifications:
· Relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
· Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
· Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license. Company vehicle provided
