Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the approval process for job agency partnerships, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage access to job boards, ensuring job postings are distributed effectively across key platforms.
- Coordination and execution of labor market testing (LMT) operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion in compliance with local laws.
- Assist with operations related to the Employee Referral Program, ensuring seamless integration with broader recruiting efforts.
- Review job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with company standards and local employment laws.
- Maintain and manage recruiting-related data, ensuring data integrity across various platforms and systems.
- Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in recruiting or recruiting operations/projects, focused on recruiting process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Attention to details and ability navigate ambiguities autonomously.
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation.ills
